I understand things do increase due to inflations. Therefore, by providing discount to return user would promote greater returning customers. Just a thought,

I took advantage of the opportunity to speak with a reviewer before finalizing. Brandon called me exactly at the time promised, listened to my concerns, went over everything in great detail, and now I'm confident I'm getting a big, fat refund. Thank you, Brandon!

I started in college with very simple taxes and then had years where I had no idea what I was doing as a clergy member, business owner, and more. Turbo Tax's smart, helpful tools have always given me confidence, even if I'd owed way more than I hoped!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo crashed and burned I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Though some of the questions have been simplified, I was not satisfied with my experience this year. Information was not carried over and asked for multiple times. I had to justify why I was looking up a piece of information from last year's return that should have been provided. The process would be easier and quicker with less distracting information. The cost has gone up dramatically with no added benefits. This may be our last year using Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feeling secure and confident The online help call backs are within a reasonable time. All 3 phone associates were calm, through, and knowledgeable. They made sure that every question or doubt was answered. I will continue to file with Turbotax.
