I have reported this to the technicians and I hope they will be corrected in the future. Overall my experience has been good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FAIR I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and this year was the worst due to the fact it was not transparent as to the charges up front. I was not able to get out of the loops in the program nor were there the choice to mail my state return at the end or print copies for myself. I would like to see the 1040 on the screen which wasn't available. All this was very disappointing.
