Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was a huge disappointment this year It cost me so much more to pay his year than in the past, and I have always appreciated being able to print and mail my state form. This year I was forced to pay much more than I expected, with no option to print or save to my computer without paying first. Next year I will look for another option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX NEEDS TO BE MORE HELPFUL I KEEP GETTING CHARGED TO FILE, PEOPLE CANT SEEM TO HELP TO GET TAXES DONE IN TIME, ALSO GOT A COUPON THAT I DIDNT GET TO USE BECAUSE THE EXPIRATION DATE WAS NOT ENOUGH TIME

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax was great it was fast, easy and correct I didn't need any online help because the site was so easy to use and each section was informative with the pop ups. I am not internet savvy & usually try to avoid doing anything online however, I was pleasantly surprised with how explanative & easy each section of TurboTax was to move through.

Easy to follow and file -- I love that Turbo Tax saves information already filled in so if you need to review or go back, you don't have to re-enter all of your data. The QR scan and upload for the W2 was great - it loaded all of the info perfectly (you should still review it, just to be sure!)
