Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax Turbo Tax was great except for the property rental section. When I got to the auto expenses there was no place to include the cost of a car rental etc. My home is in Florida so I fly there and rent a car there is no place to include these expenses

I found the service less user friendly this year and not the bargain it used be. The one bright spot was the technician that helped me was excellent. If not for her I would have only given You 1 star. I think this might be my last year using Your service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent and Easy to File Returns I have been using this site for over 10 years and couldn't do without it. So easy and fast its amazing. I used to labor about 30 hours each year looking thru dociments and paperwork and posting figures. Love the carry over from previous year! Also access to online Investment and other figures without looking thru all your documents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Making "difficult" into "tolerable" Appreciate the option of "hand holding" or "just let me explore." I usually do a little of both. TurboTax layout makes visible the so many obscure items that I would never have thought to consider. They also include helpful information about each item. Not all info is absolutely definitive. Sometimes it is just enough info to drive me to go read the IRS pamphlet regarding a particular item which is certainly appropriate.
