Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a timesaver! I have used this product for years and would normally give it 5 stars. This is the first year I really needed to dive deep in the Business part of Home & Business and it didn't function as smoothly. I always ask it to walk me through the process and that usually creates a step by step process in which I don't miss anything. The business section was jumpy. I had to hunt down the sections that I needed to fill out and kept worrying that I missed something.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK but getting expensive I use it for year-to-year continuity. If cost keeps going up I may change. Was unable to contact a live agent using this version for even a simple question - disappointing. Wish it were more aligned with actual IRS Forms.

I got a phone call from my tax advisor, she set up the times she was available, we communicated using the TurboTax app, I submitted my documents using my phone and within 2 days I was reviewing my return which went from owing a lot of money to getting a nice refund. How can you go wrong?
