Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awsome. I have been using TurboTax for many years. You bring in old taxes, bring in new rules and make it easy for me to do do my taxes every year. You have saved me a whole lot of time over the years and I have no doubt of your validity.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax, good but could use some tweeking Turbo Tax needs to have a little more directive when having errors. It kept saying a field 'needs to be blank' and when I erased the amount in the field it said error again 'needs to be blank' with no direction. Also, the mortgage area kept telling me I was over $10k for deductions when I was no where close to $10k, but would not let me continue. This is the first year of using Turbo Tax so I guess I need to get used to the little nuances and quirks, and I will know what they are asking for next year. Little pop up boxes for each line would be helpful, especially when it says enter a number if you are taking the standard deduction and I am not taking the standard deduction...so what do I do then? It didn't say.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very good, updates are frustrating I was very disappointed with my first contact with a Turbo Tax support staff. They did not help at all. However, my second call resulted in making contact with Josh E. who was extremely helpful. He understood the problem and spent a lot of time trying to figure out why the Turbo Tax software was creating my problem. He was eventually able to resolve the problem

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok, but I had to spend a lot of time self-learning Ok finally after 3 days dedicated to do my taxes I was able to file. I had to spend a lot of time self-learning, online help chat is just a waste of time. Form I099-INT has software issues while entering foreign bank info, shall not ask for FEID if there is a foreign bank info, workaround leave it blank and continue ignoring checks findings. Form 8938 duplicated one of my foreign bank info, very frustrating, workaround: I had to removed it and from somewhere else it was still getting one instance at lease fixed my duplication issue.
