Rated 1 out of 5 by from I would give zero stars if I could I chose the free option and it ended up telling me I had no choice but to pay 59$ for the “deluxe edition” because my return isn’t a “simple return” I filed the same exact way for 7 years straight and never payed for it and on my 8th year turbo tax wants to start charging all of these fees and charging people to file. You guys suck and this is the last time I will ever file with turbo tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax flaked out on ammended retrurn I need to wait for the acceptence of my Federal Taxes before I file my Illinois ammended return. I received notice that federal return was accepted. When I went back to Turbo Tax it seemed to have no idea my federal return was accepted. This is not what I paid for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Joke! I used to think Turbo Tax was awesome. It was helpful and affordable. This year-- a joke! They fee for everything. $59 to use turbo tax. $59 per state tax. I work in KY and live in IN so I had to file two. and then another $39 in fees. I only got a couple hundres back in federal and owed in state-- but had to pay $216!! You can even see the fees until the very end. Absolutely hilarious. I am taking by business elsewhere.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - year 15+ This year was difficult, I tried to purchase the software online and was directed to filling out the software on-line. I wanted to repurchase the same software, but could not navigate to the correct place. My final return from the software was rejected and I mailed it in. Not a great experience this year. Maybe next year!!!!!
