I have for ever always used TurboTax to file my taxes, but because of my special situations this year I paid for the full service and couldn’t be happier. Was a bit to get use to not being able to see it until the end. My tax professional was great and keep me up to date the whole time and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good and thorough The program goes over your files several times to make sure nothing is left out or missing. Just a little confusing when you are issued a form that is mostly no longer used (1099misc).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2021 is only slightly above average. The format is quite different from past years. I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe since 2014. I used to know the sequence and format when I followed the steps lay out by the software in the past. But not this year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buggy software and high priced Too many bugs where things don't transfer. Also had to enter sum of assets that TT should have calculated. I don't waste my time sending you the bugs. You need better testers

The live help made it especially easy to fix the couple of problems that popped up on my end. I will be using TurboTax again!
