Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax live assist poor Compared to prior years - live help seemed unsure of their answers. The last question I had, the call dropped and they never called me back . I figured out the issue myself , despite call my request for a call back being unanswered. With the cost of Turbo tax now, I will be taking my taxes to a professional next year, since I did not get the assistance I needed anyway

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Super easy to use! Turbo Tax has made filing super easy. This last year I worked for myself and was intimidated by filing 1099 taxes, but turbo made the whole process straight forward.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Updater Does Not Work Fatal Error occurred each time Updater Program ran and suggested solutions did not solve the problem. I had to reinstall Turbo Tax each time I needed to submit a tax return. The last return I tried to submit I had to install the program on another computer. I have been using Turbo Tax for many many years without problems, but this was extremely frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Problems 1) Instructions for form 1116 inadequate. 2) Payment for e-file of state tax return did not work and required 45 minute call to resolve. I feel that the state filling fee should be refunded under the circumstances.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax keep rejecting my state return I type everything correctly and yet it keep getting refused. I even had 2 people to check to make sure yet it still got rejected.
