Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is trash I will never use again. Let me start by saying I have used TurboTax for years and most of the time things went smoothly. This year though I had to jump through so many hoops to get my filing done. I was forced into buying the deluxe edition and force feed even more fees after that. In total I paid 118$ to file even though I did ALL of the filing myself. Customer support was no help and I just kept getting passed around on the phone. After this interaction I will never use TurboTax again. I was taken advantage of and treated like nothing I said mattered.

Also, it is annoying that it is always trying to upsell you on products. I had one tiny distribution on a 1099-B and it made me purchase TT Premium just to enter the one investment. Seems ridiculous.
