Rated 2 out of 5 by from Navigation is extremely difficult I liked the downloaded version in prior years but the web version is hard to navigate. There are no drop down screens on the top or left and I had to go to google to get answers on how to navigate. I saw that many people had the same issue I did but apparently after several years it is still not fixed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very intuitive The software is intuitive and I particularly like being able to go back, etc. to make corrections and updates. I never feel like I have completely messed things up with no way of going back. It takes a lot of the fear out of tax filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is too expensive My teenager didn't make much money, but unfortunately as a ref he was not considered an "employee" and had to file a few special forms. Turbo Tax made sure he filled them out correctly and made sure his expenses were taken care of, but $180 to file for a kid who made less than $5000? Come on.
