Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ferderal- Great State- ok Doing the federal taxes went well. Doing the State taxes was confusing and a headache, not from Turbo Tax's point but from the state's point of view. It was not Turbo Taxes fault, they made every effort to help.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premier Live has issues We tried to get LIVE help and briefly got connected before her screen froze up. Verdelle was as helpful as she could be given her computer problems. She couldn't connect in the beginning and after wasting time getting access codes that didn't work she helped through chat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I've been using the TurboTax Deluxe software now for a few years, and it has been a breeze. It is easy to follow and yields more than agreeable results. I would highly recommend it! Avoid doing it online and save some money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very happy with Turbo Tax, I've used it for years. Turbo Tax is very easy to use and very helpful. The biggest challenge is collecting the documentation. Once you have that walking through the application is quick and easy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like Turbo Tax But Some Print Is Too Small I like turbo tax but found a lot of the message boxes had much too small of print. I know I would appreciate a larger print for the pop-up message boxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Frustrating! Every year, I experience the same problems using TT-B. It is the only TT product that is not available in an OS (i.e. Mac) version. Consequently, I have to fight with virtual machine software updates and Windows (which is infamously fraught with issues, system crashes, unexplainable errors, etc.) just to download it. This process routinely takes longer than it does to complete the taxes! I use a Mac exclusively for my business. I have no other reason to use Windows other than to run TT-B once per year. Given that EVERY other TT product is available for download and use in Mac OS, I don't understand why TT-B is the holdout. While it may be true that most businesses were Windows-based 25-30 years ago, that is no longer the case. Quite a few business, like ours, prefer the Mac-OS environment for running their operation. The fact that TT-B is not offered for use on this platform defies logic. It is indeed a lost opportunity. If I am able to find a comparable product that is able to be used in Mac OS, I will undoubtedly switch. Furthermore, given that Apple has decided to ditch Intel processors in favor of their proprietary M1 chips for their forthcoming models, I suspect ours won't be the only business to do so!
