Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax! I've been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years, and it is so easy to do my taxes every year. But they were ESPECIALLY helpful when I went to file my taxes last year only to find someone had already filed under my SS#. Identity theft! I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with a Turbo Tax representative who calmed me down and walked me through all the steps I needed to take to clear this up. I don't know what I would have done without Turbo Tax - probably spent days on hold with the IRS, or had to hire a CPA... Turbo Tax helped me through the process step by step, and everything worked out well in the end. This year, I was able to resume filing as usual. Thank you Turbo Tax!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Program works great. 50% discount not as pictured. Overall works great. The discount was kind of a joke. I did not need the extra service, which is the only one the discount worked for. Happy with the ease of use, and to file taxes early.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I use Turbo Tax because it does what I need done. New Orleans changed the names on some streets. When I entered the new name it took at a high level but did not correct the lower levels and I did not have permission to correct it. I really like the red flags for the forms I have not yet finished. Was surprised that my state e-file cost $25.
