He had no answers, didn't know what i should or could do, and i am left with more questions and no resolutions!! It's very aggravating, and I'm blown away at the arrogance this company has, experts my butt!

The "lawyer with x number of years of tax preparation experience" seemed like he was reading from a script and did not suggest anything that I had not already mentioned in my initial message for support. I would not bother using the Live service in the future it brought zero help to my situation.
