Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for us tax payers No enough explaining going on. On my Arizona return I put the wrong Charity Code and it failed to e-file. But your program wouldn't let me go back and change it . Had to spend 30 minutes with customer service who first told me I would have to mail return. After I expressed my displeasure she got to work and solved the problem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Filing previous year taxes When filing for the previous filing year (2021), a message prompted that I will need to file by mail, however, there was still an option to continue filing electronically. The only change was to adjust the e-filing date between 01Jan 2022 and 31Dec 2022. That does not seem right. I recommend adjusting the software to automatically prompt the printing screen to avoid confusion that is being spoken across social media forums.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still My Go-to I have used Turbo Tax on-line for personal and small business tax prep for over a decade and consistently find it to be user friendly and up to date with all tax information. I appreciate the ability to connect my financial institutions data for ensured accuracy. I found the help staff to be knowledgeable when the bot answers just don't seem to relate to my current question. I appreciate the ability to look at previous year's returns on my screen and the comparisons Turbo Tax provides. Haven't had a refund in years, unfortunately, but Turbo Tax always provides the ability for numerous personal and business write-offs. Still my no stress Go-to for taxes!
