Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as user friendly as it used to be Drove me crazy this year as it kept saying I did not have file saving clearance....what..I could usually work around but was a major negative this year...not sure I want to put up with this again and I have been using Turbo Tax for 15-20 years...this was worst year ever

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax doesn't recognize you! If you buy the TurboTax from an outside vendor, it will not recognize your old data from previous years. It is very annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once again, Turbo takes away (some of) the pain I've used Turbo Tax for about 20 years--Standard, Deluxe, and now Home & Business. I've always filed my own taxes and actually enjoy learning the ins and outs of the tax code. But a tremendous amont has changed since 2001--in personal circumstances and in the tax code--and without Turbo, I'd be incapable of tackling the job. Every year, it seems the interview format brings out some new twist that I hadn't even suspected was tax-related.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from too many endless loops Too many endless loops. currently stuck in loop while trying to file. says i need Red-id # for medicare which of course i don't have. tells me i have to put a number in but doesn't let me edit the number in the form nor can i file with the incorrect number. may have to print on paper aan file by mail while I want to e-file. If anyone knows a way out of this loop I would like a hint. thanks
