Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many distractions I don't like all of the animation and "cuteness". I just want to complete my tax return and don't want to be entertained. I don't like being asked over and over again if I want to upgrade the service I chose. TN does not require a tax return. There could be a box to check that a state return does not need to be filed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is very good Easy, fairly intuitive and good access to help if something doesn't make immediate sense. My only complaint is the frequent attempts to upsell to a more expensive product during the process. I'd be happier if it would just try to upsell once, then after the decline, keep the option open in a small box somewhere in a corner. If I change my mind and want the more inclusive product, I'll let you know. Please stop trying to push it on me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They called me back. Twice ! I was having trouble figuring out what I could deduct from my various investments and savings. I noted this in the questions section. Next day Turbo Tax telephoned me to answer my questions. I was not able to take the call. Instead of dropping the issue because I did not answer their phone call, they called me back twice to ensure I got what I needed. What company does that anymore? Joe stayed with me on the phone until every issue was resolved. Am very satisfied that my taxes are fair & correct now.
