Sylvia, my tax preparer, had to make sure she factored all facts in filing my returns since each state has different laws. I really feel like she had my best interest in mind. She also explained everything well and worked with me to ensure my returns are accurate, reflecting my situation, etc.

Had to sign into Intuit multiple times and no heads up as to reason. Had problem downloading docs from Schwab. Had problem with key code and had to get a second copy - both were from Amazon
