Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good if you have very simple state and city return Each year Turbo Tax gets better but lets be honest with ourselves - this is a monopoly on the tax system and it's both unfair, and criminal how they charge for something that should be free within our government system. I would have honestly just sucked it up and given them 5 stars today had it not crashed countless times and failed to let me file for over a week. Turbo tax folks could not help and they also make it impossible to find a service line phone number on their website - wanting you to pay to have help instead. The woman I spoke with was so kind and worked very hard to help but all of her advice failed. Even when I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it still had an issue. It was my city return that was messing it up I eventually figure out so I'm going to have to file that via the mail system this week which is an added inconvenience. I know Turbo Tax is the best out there but please do better next year and stop charging for literally everything.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from QCD field missing I have used Turbo Tax for several years and liked its capabilities but I was dissapointed this year that adding QCDs was not in the screens or fields. I needed to search for the reason why it was not included and found out the TTax has a bug with a workaround. The workaround worked but I feel that the software should of been upgraded/fixed to correct this bug, or we should of been told of this bug without me needing to search for it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is ok for a tax program It is easy to use, But is expensive to use. If you do not have anything thats not normal, I would use a different program. I will be, this is my last year useing TurboTax.
