Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used to love Turbo Tax I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years now and it is just a cash grab. Do away with all the cartoony graphics and trying to sell me extras that aren't needed. All the extra screens just slows down the process.

I am satisfied with the help that I received, the politeness, customer service, and professionalism. It was a good experience in general.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Like the ease of doing my taxes with Turbo Tax The software walks you through the whole process making it so easy to do your own taxes, I think 3rd graders could do their own taxes if they had too.
