I was able to connect "live" with an agent named Christian who was absolutely amazing, so very helpful and also very respectful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's really a pleasure to use TurboTax! TurboTax doesn't miss a thing. Even though I usually know what I want to work on, I select "Walk me through everything." Sure enough, TurboTax finds questions for me about things I hadn't even considered, reflecting the most recent changes in tax laws. Then, all my data is instantly put into all the right places on my federal and state tax returns. It's really a pleasure to use TurboTax, and I actually look forward to it -- every year!
