Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy Overall process was quick and easy. My tax expert, Tammy, was very helpful and timely with all questions/answers. The system is setup to walk you step by step on what is happening and what the next steps will be. I would like to see the ability to upload multiple documents at once into the docyment folder instead of one by one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is convenient. I've been using TT at least since 2004. Any trouble I have had is a phone call away. However today. Had to call in for a question or two I had. The automatic phone answering computer needs a complete revamping! The support agent was extremely friendly and helpful. Following the prompts in TT makes doing taxes a little bit better and easier.
