Rated 5 out of 5 by from Either Way You Choose to Go Turbo Tax Is 5 Stars Turbo tax helped me every step of the way! The software is intuitive and like the commercial you can submit your forms and have a professional does all the heavy lifting for you. Whichever way you decide to go self or hiring a pro- just have all the info you need to submit and turbo tax really does the rest... 5 out 5 stars without a doubt!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly good I used turbotax discs for many years and appreciated being able to switch between the forms and the interview. I would like turbotax online to also allow users to switch to the form view. Also, the explanation of topics boxes were difficult to scroll through and were therefore practically useless.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many distractions I don't like all of the animation and "cuteness". I just want to complete my tax return and don't want to be entertained. I don't like being asked over and over again if I want to upgrade the service I chose. TN does not require a tax return. There could be a box to check that a state return does not need to be filed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is very good Easy, fairly intuitive and good access to help if something doesn't make immediate sense. My only complaint is the frequent attempts to upsell to a more expensive product during the process. I'd be happier if it would just try to upsell once, then after the decline, keep the option open in a small box somewhere in a corner. If I change my mind and want the more inclusive product, I'll let you know. Please stop trying to push it on me!
