Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long time Satisfied Customer I've used TurboTax for 10 years. The first couple years I also did paper since I'm a stickler for tax law and very untrusting (LOL!) . The numbers came up the same - or at the least I was able to get TurboTax to do what I wanted. One change this year that I didn't like is that I didn't have an outline of the entire document so I could jump directly to whatever section I wanted. But still a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Customer Service - AMAZING My tax returns looked a little off so I reached out to customer service. Yvonne called me in about 5 minutes from me messaging them. She was AMAZING! She is so sweet and helpful. She troubleshooted and resolved the issue quickly and helped me understand my taxes (I am new to this). I would recommend turbotax to anyone! I am so impressed and happy with the service.
