Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product but gotten too expensive! This is a very easy to follow process, but I've been using it for years and remember when it was free - it's gotten expensive! I think that it is very intuitive and guides you through very well, but always trying to upsell you on the premium plans is annoying. Also, I do consulting work and must code my corporate time to where I work, often multiple states; thus, if I make the state minimum threshold, Turbo Tax charges me $60 to file in each state. It's fairly unreasonable, when I am making frequently less than that in returns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY EASY TO USE My family has been using turbo tax for many years and it's all I have known to help with filing taxes on my own after I got married and left my family. my dad used to do my taxes but turbo tax really helped me when I felt nervous and anxious to be doing this on my own.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy but unneeded features Pretty sure i didn't need TT premium because i posted a 70$ loss on a robinhood investment account and had a 1099SA from an HSA. I think TT had a class action lawsuit last year from doing this crap

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo was great. Turbo was great once I mastered my computer. LOL The Turbo representative was awesome. Really helped me to pay the $25 for e-file in Delaware ( which I don't understand why).
