Rated 5 out of 5 by from Uploading a document I was so confused today I kept uploading this document and couldn't get it to do right but the lady that helped me was amazing. I'll always use TurboTax mainly for the type of customer service I got today.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One small problem I encountered a small problem while looking at itemizing my deductions. I could not for the life of me find how to get back to edit or remove the entered information, but I couldn't continue with the federal review until it was corrected. I ended up having to upgrade to the live version and have a tax expert assist me. It took about an hour for the 2 of us to figure out how to get back into that area. I think we stumbled across it by accident but luckily the issue was resolved. I'm just a little upset about having to upgrade for something the tax expert even described as "an issue within the system."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and best service Love TurboTax, would never know about all the deductions and credits available without paying a CPA which would be over $200, this cost me about $40 with a coupon code I got in the mail.
