Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great but not as great as it used to b Guidance is not as logical as it used to be. You must have new employees writing the hints and instructions. Having no live people to speak to with a telephone connection is frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was okay this year TurboTax was glitchier this year for me. Crashed twice and had error reports several times. I found the filling in of information to be not as smooth as previous years. Nonetheless, it worked for me.

I would definitely recommend this service to everyone. It also had a lot of security features alongside checks and balances.
