Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but their fees are too high I don't mind paying but sometimes you all are sneaky about how you charge for your fees. I don't understand why every year I don't have a choice because you never offer me free but my daughter gets it. You otherwise do a great job.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stuck in form 7203 with no help at all No wizard for 7203 or walk through. Requires an accountant to fill it out. I had to hire an accountant for that. And then when did not check the errors until I was ready to file and the errors found didn't make any sense and no help was available.
