Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a relief It was nice to use a system that can verify that what I have been doing with my taxes all these years is correct. Turbo Tax is fast and efficient and really easy to understand. When I did run into a snag and requested help, they called me well within the promised 5 minute response time, and solved the problem instantly. I should have been using Turbo Tax for the past 20 years!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is okay turbo tax requires technical information without giving supporting examples of types of circumstances require types of input. we have moderately complex tax return and required many hours of work. it does not allow us to import prior year tax return or the program is not user friendly.
