Turbotax makes doing taxes with easy with a Q&A format that fills out the forms for you based on the answers your provide (just like a CPA). I've been using it for years had highly recommend turbotax. My only complaint is that this year I started my taxes using the fidelity discount link and when I was finished the discount was not where to be found. I'm upset that it wasn't applied and there was no way to add it at the end.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not that good I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. This year was below expectations. Twice I could not enter information on Turbo Tax. Each time it took an expert over 1 hour to figure the entry with me. Even the experts did not know how to enter data. Unsatisfactory.
