Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unclear instructions Very unsatisfied with the software. The explanations were not clear. For example, you would phrase things like "This counts" but it isn't clear if it counts as a credit or a debit. SMH Also, you didn't ask me for a pin from the IRS. You asked earlier if I had one, I clicked yes, and then you never asked for the pin number before trying file making me go back in to file them again. I've used TurboTax for years, but it was a frustrating experience this year. Do better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs much better help screens I'm a CPA, so I know where numbers need to go. But finding where they go within TurboTax can be challenging. It appears that the help screens are really forums where users post answers, and that TurboTax itself has no answers. Fortunately, their telephone customer service is excellent, and they were always (evenutally) able to help me out.
