When I had a question I was able to request and receive a call within 30 minutes. I waited too long to do my taxes...I wish I had done them earlier and been able to take advantage of the plethora of assistance Turbo Tax offers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax ends up being more expensive at the end The software is easy to use, but in the end, you end up paying more than going to a CPA. You pay the software, and then the state software, and then to e-file the state taxes you also have to pay extra!
