Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax almost Failed Me I am a Retired Vet from the US Navy and Turbo Tax missed my 28.000 refund for my Retirement pay that id exempted from state Taxes in Maine. I caught it at the last minute and had to manually put it in. It missed it for the past six years

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Disappointing Support I have been using Turbo Tax Premier for years and the product is terrific. However, this year when I needed an answer to a computational problem, I was denied (unlike previous years). I was told that Intuit no longer provides phone consultation i.e. support for a problem to users who don't have the on line version. I guess I'm out of luck because I always buy the desktop version at Costco every January. Very disappointing and a long time user will be looking at other options next year.
