Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I filed this for my son who is a student. I've been using Turbo tax for YEARS! My kids all file as well, they are college students. This year there are so many additional fees you've added on just to make money which is so disappointing! They claim an education credit so they needed to upgrade to the deluxe, REALLY! I always file thru efile and now you are charging for processing a refund and not only are you charging but $40... REALLY! So disappointing! I will file for them since I had already purchased the Premium product, that is 5 total returns that I will file and will reconsider continuing with Turbo tax in the future, there are just too many other products for me to be loyal to this one. Disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Federal - Trouble with state Been using Turbo Tax for years. No problem with the Federal side. The state side gave us trouble. Me moved during the year and could not get the state to compute a partial year for our new state. 2 different support people told us the state charges for the full year even though we have only lived here 5 1/2 month. Had to do state by hand.

The program is a bit cumbersome while speaking with the professional. Had to go through all the motions again... But overall still an Excellent experience.
