Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome! Turbo Tax is easy to use and guides you through all situations. I spoke with several experts along the way because we had a complicated situation. They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I use it every year!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Software is acceptable, support is very poor Software worked ok, although filing dates are not updated for CA. I was not able to file electronically for state. The software answer was that it could not verify my credit card, but there was an option to call customer support. That is extremely unfriendly: first, the robot asks for spelling names and email, which it has a hard time understanding. After all that was done, comes the customer service representative who asks again all the same questions. All I wanted to do is give Intuit more money, so, they shouldn't make it so hard. I gave up, and I'll file by mail. I'm strongly considering not using Turbo Tax in the future...
