Rated 2 out of 5 by from not a good program anymore I had so many problems with this program. I have used TT for at least 20 years and the program is not easy at all. The explanations suck. I had problems when I went to download my financial accounts. I kept having a box pop up that ask for keychain password.. I didn't know which password it was asking for and it kept locking up my computer .I was able to ask the online community for help and that is the only thing that saved me. For the price of this program it should be easier and more explanatory.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use The features are okay, I hate paying so much of my refund to them but they make it easy. Most of the reason I can't fill out myself is because I think the 1099 is tricky and I want to make sure I get my student loan credit.
