This year I did have to get assistance as we are doing different deductions. The wonderful woman that assisted me was very helpful and very patient! Thank you for the great experience of something that is extremely stressful!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Pleasant Experience The service is informative even without live help, and saves a lot of time finding tax forms and the effort of typing in all the numbers. However, I feel that the pricing of things isn't all that transparent and the total cost to get taxes fully filed is higher than it appears at first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Less Stressful I liked all the double checks and timeless. I can take my time with no rush. I like the step by steps. One thing I didnt like was for the past few years its cost now. It use to be free now its not and it has double in cost since last year. I wish you all would go back to free. It does a great job still but cost is getting steep. Might have to go somewhere next year that is cheaper.
