Rated 1 out of 5 by from too much advertising not enough help this year there was way too much advertising and the agents weren't helpful for the most part, except one lady who was able to help me restart my return because as I was filing the system told me I couldn't continue doing the free return with certain forms I had which was not the case. Even with the $60 upgrade, I got the same small return this year, so I didn't see a reason to pay for anything.. very disappointing and rather stressful this year with turbo tax. They are more concerned with self-advertising while doing taxes.
