I used it again this year because I though it would be easier to transfer old information. it was not, I had to go back through old paper to find what the software already knew because of last year. Im sure if I had looked harder I could have found a way to pay to get it. No thanks, not anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use. Easy and fairly quick. Not happy that my investments are losing money but somehow are still giving me dividends so that is irritating...but not Turbo Tax fault.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax force you to pay them more TurboTax forces you to pay them more. Constantly trying to sell you more; if you do not pay attention, you could buy more than you need. They forced me to buy premium and I don't need it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Most glitchy, poorly designed software ever I dread doing my taxes every year because I know I'm going to struggle with TurboTax. At some point I'll switch to another software; 2023 may be the year. This year, despite 100% of my income being self-employment income, the program never navigated me to the page to enter my SEP retirement contribution. I searched Help and followed the instructions and the "Jump To" link never came up. Had to make two calls to customer support (the first guy either hung up on me or got disconnected); thank god for Faye (the second person), who confirmed the system was glitching and helped me get where I needed to go. Then, only after I hit "send return" did I notice a random $22 estimated tax penalty that was being deducted off my refund at which point I realized I was never walked through THAT part of the process. No idea how TurboTax decided I owed a penalty as I made my estimated tax payments on time and clearly overpaid (given the size of the refund I'm getting). Yep, 2023 taxes are being done with another software. See ya, Turbotax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! I wound up with both federal and state returns getting rejected. They let me know right away and it told me what was missing and how to add that to my returns. My 1095-A was missing Once I added it in my returns went fine!
