Rated 1 out of 5 by from Most expensive service and it took 2 weeks! It took them over 2 weeks to finally get my returns filed. The first person waited over a week before even sending me a reply about what the "expert" needed. Then they suddenly dropped me without warning so I had to go through the whole process again of uploading my documents. They assigned me a new person who took another week to get things done. I understand they are "busy" but this is their most expensive service. I would expect things to be done quickly and properly for so much money. And they didn't have enough information to tell me how much my return will be. So much for being an "expert". I will be looking for another tax service next year.
