Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty Horrendous Live Expert Help I chose the Live Expert help option, paying extra for this product and talked with 7 Live Experts over the course of completing my return. Not only did they not answer my questions on particular tax items in a way that made me feel secure, often they looked at my screen and the questions that it was asking and line items as if they had never worked with TurboTax in their life. Everything was foreign to them and they did not at all seem to have "15-years of tax experience". Really sad that this had to be such a bad experience, had really high hopes.
