Rated 2 out of 5 by from Contact and communication is a problem I had a difficult time contacting turbo tax. The machine was not addressing my issue and finally your machine hung up on me. Very frustrating. Had to call another number but was unable to get an answer to my question. Finally got another person to avoid getting charged twice for audit defense. I thought when I purchased turbo tax I was entitled to one free State filing. You charged me $25 and according to your software, had I refused to pay I could not file my taxes. I like turbo tax but communicating and support is extremely poor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes get Harder Turbo Tax is Getting stronger What can I say I have been using Turbo Tax since the 1980's haven't failed yet. They have made taxes more compliated but turbo tax keeps up.
