Rated 2 out of 5 by from My most frustrating TurboTax year I bought TTax at Costco, loaded it and began entering info. Next time I went to work on it, critical changes were required and I could not download. Changes had higher system requirements than the original package and I could not download. I spent hours on the phone with helpful TTax folks, but they could not resolve my issue. So I did TTax on line. I'm out the $40 I spent on the CD, plus I had to pay over $100 to file on line. After 15+ years with TurboTax, I might look for another solution next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Awesome! For an ordinary person, doing taxes can be daunting. I have been using TurboTax for many many reasons! They walk you right through it, and bring up all of last year's info for review. Multiple checks to make sure you have completed everything for confidence in your filing! We also utilize the Max Version for the extra security it brings to us. Very highly recommended!
