Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Rocks Turbo Tax always helps us with my husband being self employed getting all the ductions possible. Tried other tax prep items out there and I can say this is the easiest and less stressful by far. thank you Turbo Tax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fails to Allow e-file of 2021 Amended Return Spent 3 hours trying to get information and answers via chat support as to why TurboTax won't allow Federal e-filing of 2021 amended return; TT will e-file state return. Original 2021 return was filed via TurboTax 2021 CD/Desktop version. Can only print 1040x to mail. No reasons given other than it was past date to file 2021 return; support continued to repeat information and not follow what I was saying. TT prints more forms than are needed, based on IRS site guidance, and prints estimated tax vouchers for 2022. Totally unnecessary! TurboTax needs to look at its amendment processing!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cost I thought this was a free tax filing website. I have been using Turbotax for 8 years , and I have never had to pay a $170 fee to file. I will keep in mind when filing next year.
