Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and easy to use I've been using Turbo Tax for about 8 years, it's always very quick and easy to use. Everything I need is on the site, all questions answered, and I get it done in under an hour pretty much every year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Makes it Easy to File Turbo Tax helped me make sure I filled out my tax form correctly which involved capital gains. I was able with the help menu to complete the process. I would have finished quicker but I had to find information so prepare your documents before you start. If you forget something, Turbo Tax will let you know.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax - CHECKOUT DIFFICULT AND CONFUSING In previous years checkout was easy and worked well. This year the back and forth during final steps, payments options, setting up payment, etc., before the actual finished and filing was very cumbersome and not consistent with the actual payment options available once you leave the turbotax environment. I would have bee better off saying "send a check" then dealing with electronic payments on my own directly with the state and fed, after filing and getting confirmation of acceptance. I spent too much time and jumped too many hurdles doing what I thought you wanted. Otherwise, Bravo, well done! Oh, and below apparently "Bob" is not a valid nickname, too short, hmmm: Joe, Zac, Al, Liz, Ben, Jon, Jim, you get the picture! Or already used?
