Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issues Filing both Federal and State together Turbo Tax is very easy to use, but the program should identify whether or not your state is accepting applications for state tax refund. If they aren't which was my case, you can't submit the Federal or State and you have to go back in and delete the state refund. I prepaid for both, so I hope there won't be an issue when I log back in and file state.
