Rated 4 out of 5 by from not as good as a few years ago turbo tax was more difficult this year. it has always been super easy until 2023. I was not able to view my actual forms or enter directly into forms. I have a farm, Schedule F, and it was hard to get back to edit entries because there was no access to select forms as in previous years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good tax prep experience My only suggestion would be at the end when the program checks for potential errors, it would be a good idea to show info from previous year as a guide and explain why a potential issue still exists. Otherwise, a generally productive and positive experience. I've noticed that the program has steadily improved in user-friendliness over the years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Continually escalating cost The cost of the software kept going up and up as one thing after another required me to upgrade to a more and more expensive plan. Finally they got the price up to where they just took my entire refund. Im not at all happy about this.
