Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was good and now is terrible The past few years my taxes have been kicked and I have to mail them in. I answer all the questions and they still get kicked. There are no missing documents or miss understood questions, yet the IRS receives them and then kicks them and then I have to physically mail them in with zero changes. What a waste of time.
