Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax can be confusing Entry of information was easy. After entry it was simple to double check information, and it provided clear instructions with every step. My issue was with fees charged. I was charged $59 then I was charged an additional $30. There was no easy way to connect with someone to help understand why I received an additional charge.
