Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Easy! I have used TurboTax for several years. Its simple, easy and you can do it at your own pace. I have never used the experts before but they are always there if you need them. And you always have access to your recent and past records. I highly recommend this software/program.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced and Overcomplicated They asked me 4 times if I had any offshore accounts. The amount of unnecessary repetition in the process was infuriating. Also, I had 2 W-2s, and between state and fed they charged $179. That is honestly ridiculous. Especially since it was so repetitive I wanted to throw my computer out the window. Every year I use this site, it gets more expensive and less worth it. This will be the last time. I hope the extra cash was worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is quick and easy. The “as you go” reviews and comparisons to last year are confidence builders. I totally believe in this online method of constructing my tax returns both federal and state.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from see the different components while filling TT I still had issues with mortgage refinance point and it is still not clear how to handle them. It would be nice to have a kind of tree structure where we could see the different components (incomes, rental, Childs.........) while filling turbo tax, in order to be sure we do not miss something or else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is challenging but thorough. Turbo tax quickly guides you through the process however, when there are challenges, the live assist is available, that work through process is time consuming and at times I wondering "if" I entered the correct information..
