Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not comforting I don't know how to do my taxes without Turbo Tax, but I never feel convinced that it's correct. The numbers swing wildly between receiving a tax rebate and owing. Beyond that, it's constantly trying to upsell which is not only frustrating, but it feels like I'm being held hostage since I wouldn't know where to begin if I needed to do my taxes on paper.

Used it since 1988 I have tried to use other products to do my taxes, even used a real live person after waiting in line for hours but this along with the Live Assistance option helps you to get your taxes completed & filed in no time flat with limited anxiety levels which are very manageable.
